We are Sri, Aruna, and Leilani—souls brought together by Ayurveda and the transformation it brought to our health and our families. What began as personal practice has grown into a shared mission: to carry this ancient wisdom forward in a way that feels simple, practical, and nourishing for modern life.

Through Prana Kitchens, we offer courses, resources, and spice blends that connect you with the essence of Ayurveda—food, rituals, and daily practices that support balance and vitality. Our blends begin with sustainable, ethical sourcing, working with farmers who practice regenerative agriculture and protect the vitality of the soil.
